Your book is spread across four carriers, three portals and a folder of PDF illustrations. When a client calls to ask what a loan would cost them, you should not have to go looking. Whole Life Helper gives you and your clients the same live ledger.
Free for licensed agents and advisors. No subscription, no card.
Clients keep policies for forty years. They change advisors, inherit coverage, and buy from someone who has since retired. You end up servicing contracts you never wrote, with values you have to request from a carrier every time somebody asks a question.
Every assigned client’s policies, cash values, outstanding loans and portfolio leverage in a single dashboard. Switch between your own account and a client’s without signing out.
Run a policy loan through the monthly or long-term projector and see the repayment schedule, the interest and the lapse risk. Bring the number to the conversation instead of promising to follow up.
Upload a carrier illustration and the year-by-year values populate the projector. The numbers are then yours to model against, not a document you scroll.
This is enforced by the platform, not by policy. There is no admin screen anywhere that lets an advisor browse policyholders. Access to a record exists because that policyholder created it, one client at a time, and they can revoke it the same way.
They add your email under Connections and you appear in their shared list. From that point you see their live records — when they take a loan or update a cash value, you see it, because you are reading their ledger rather than a copy of it.
You enter the policy yourself and tag it to that client. The record belongs to them from the moment it is created, so when they open an account later the policy is already there waiting — not sitting in your account as a duplicate.
Both routes leave the policyholder as the owner of the record. That is deliberate. It keeps you a consultant on their data rather than the custodian of it.
The Agent & Advisor package is the Full Package with client access on top — so the tools you use for your own policies are the tools you walk a client through.
Policy dashboard and portfolio tracking · monthly loan tracker · long-term loan strategy projector · dividend tracker · policy loan usage · debt navigator · Find My Cash Flow · promissory note generator
Multi-client access to assigned policyholders · a personal / client view switch · add a policy on a client’s behalf · B.R.T. beneficiary protection for the families you serve · a reviewed listing in Find an Agent
Your advisor account includes a listing in Find an Agent, where policyholders come looking for someone to service a contract nobody is answering for. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Holding an account does not put you in front of our clients — if it did, the recommendation would be worth nothing to them and nothing to you.
Agents and advisors do not pay to work as agents. There is no subscription, no annual fee and no card on file — your clients pay for their own policy management, and you work alongside them.
Create the account, add your agency name and producer number, and start linking clients. There is nothing to upgrade to afterwards.
No. A policyholder links you to their account themselves, and the link is visible to them the whole time it exists. If you enter a policy on behalf of a client who has no account, that record belongs to them and appears in their dashboard the day they sign up.
They keep them. The records belong to the policyholder, not to your account, so closing your account ends your access — it does not remove anyone’s data.
No. Whole Life Helper is not an insurance company, agency, broker or registered investment adviser. We do not sell policies, we do not take commissions, and we do not market products to your clients.
Your agency name, your National Producer Number, and the states you are licensed in. The NPN is checked for format only — we do not verify it against NIPR, and we do not present it to clients as verified.
No. The advisor seat is free and there is no charge per client — not when you sign up, and not as your book grows.
You can create and maintain records you entered on their behalf. Records a client created themselves stay theirs to edit — you see them, you do not overwrite them.
