FAQ

Questions worth asking

Is Whole Life Helper an insurance company?

No. We are a software platform. We do not sell, underwrite, or service insurance policies, and we are not a broker or a registered investment adviser. Everything in the platform is for tracking and education.

Do you give financial advice?

No. The calculators model scenarios using numbers you provide, and Wally explains concepts in plain language. Neither is a recommendation. Talk to a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.

Which carriers do you support?

All of them. Policies are entered manually or imported from a carrier illustration, so there is no carrier integration to wait on.

What is the Cash Flow Index?

A measure of how much monthly liquidity a debt consumes relative to its balance — the balance divided by the minimum payment. A low score means the debt is locking up a lot of cash flow for what it is worth, which makes it a strong payoff candidate.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays exportable. You can download your records before closing the account, and we do not sell or share your policy data.

How does B.R.T. know when to send a notice?

A notice is only sent when a death is reported and confirmed through the platform. It is not automatic and it is not triggered by inactivity.

Is my policy information secure?

Policy records are access-controlled so that only you, and any administrator you explicitly authorise, can read them. We do not share data between accounts.

Can my agent see my account?

Only if you are explicitly assigned to that agent. There is no general agent access to policyholder data.
