B.R.T.

The part that works when you can't

Billions in life insurance benefits go unclaimed. Not because claims are denied — because nobody knew the policy was there. The Beneficiary Response Team exists to make sure that is never your family's story.

How it works

You record who should be contacted and who advises them — beneficiaries, plus the attorney, CPA, or trust administrator who will actually handle the estate.

Periodic check-ins

We contact your beneficiaries on a schedule to confirm their details are current. Addresses change, people move, relationships shift. A beneficiary record from 2009 is not a plan.

Notification when it matters

On confirmation of a death, B.R.T. sends a branded, documented notice to every beneficiary on file — and separately to your professional contacts, so the people who handle the paperwork know immediately.

A documented trail

Every notice is logged with a timestamp and status. Your family is not relying on someone's memory of a conversation.

Why this is different

Every other platform stops at the spreadsheet

Policy trackers optimise coverage while the owner is alive. That is useful, and Whole Life Helper does it too. But a policy is bought for what happens after — and nobody else builds for that moment.

B.R.T. is available inside the full plan, or on its own if the ledger is not what you need.
